He was frequently 'cutting' Masonic Signs during his last year in office so I would estimate based on that that he became a Mason sometime during late 2007 or early 2008, but his 'made' date could have been earlier. Perhaps Bro. Bush spent some time visiting Freemasonry Watch in preparation for his Masonic Catechisms... Bro. Blair made a Masonic Sign to G.W. during one of T.B.'s last White House visits before he retired and judging by Bro. Bush's reaction it seemed to be a new experience for him. If you watch until the end of the clip you will also see Bro. McCain quickly making a Masonic sign which if you have ever watched any of his many appearances on Bro. Leno's Tonight Show, you would have seen before.

Laura Bush and more recently by Bro. Jay Leno.
At the end of the segment, at 00:07, while shaking Bro. Obama's hand Bro. Leno can be seen pressing the knuckle of Bro. Obama's index finger with his thumb, another secret Masonic 'Grip' method .
